Time to say goodbye! (General)

by Skoosh, Friday, February 17, 2006, 20:03 (7001 days ago)

Well, I guess that's it. I'm really disappointed at the lack of courtesy shown to those who've been loyal to the site. It would've been nice to have been told what was going on.

Fortunately, there are plenty other places to go visit!

Byeeee.

It would be nice to get an official farewell from someone associated with the site. If you go to the main page it is still inviting people to sign up. What a shock any new customers would be in for!

OK, I signed up a while back and didn't find what I was really looking for and have been inactive. Recently, I signed up for "repertoire development" but then noticed that it appeared dormant. I have sent an email requesting not to receive further billing. I'm noticing this thread indicating that what I have experienced may be widespread. What's going on? Any update would be appreciated.

Nobody official seems to be saying anything (a serious customer service issue the owner really needs to step up and resolve).

I contacted one of the GMs of this site to ask various questions. I am not going to say which one it was, but this was the generic part of the response that had to do with this site specifically:

Thanks for your comments. I am still trying to find out what is going on
with IYC: I haven't had any communication from the owner recently, though he
did say not to send in any more material.

So, there you have it, for whatever it is worth. It appears the content providers for the site have been left hanging as much as the rest of us. I am still holding out hope this place will turn things around, but it is looking more and more bleak as each day passes.

Time to say goodbye!

I paid for presonal coaching. Paid $420 for personal coaching. So far I have done three. The fourth one was sent on January 30th and I am yet to get a reply. I have $210 at stake. I checked up thro a site GM if getting the lessons directly is possible. It looks like it is not feasible. Further the GMs get paid only after completing the lesson.

I too hop like Don Lester some miracle can happen

If you paid with a credit card you should be working with them for a reversal of charges as soon as possible. The longer you wait the lower your chances of having any recourse.

At this point I think that goes for anyone else reading this too. All they got me for is the introductory rate when they first opened. Others who started more recently have a lot more at atake.

Yeh, I think it is time to say goodbye. I too signed up for the Repertoire Development and after my 2nd payment has been taken and still no update and the general lack of site updating I think its time to pull the plug. I have supported the site from day one, paid my second year subs recently and now find its all going pear shaped. I will miss Dan Kings section.

Good luck to all.
