Its all very poor.

? It seems pretty obvious by now, as we near the end of February without a
? single official word from anyone affiliated with this site, that we are
? not going to get any kind of official announcement on the closure of the
? site or the status of any refunds due for services not rendered.

? I took a few moments to look up a few things. The prevailing position
? from the chess professionals providing content to this site has been that
? they are doing what they have been told. Since the show is apparently run
? by this one individual it seems reasonable to determine who that is and
? send them any feedback we might want to share.

? The owner of the domain name used here, improveyourchess.com, is the
? individual identified as the site's publisher on the who's who page. That
? is Nathan Goldberg.

? He is also referenced as the founder of improveyourchess.com in several of
? the various news releases.

? He doesn't seem too eager to communicate with anyone here, or make any
? kind of official announcement, or deal out refunds to people who have
? recently sent him money, or even to turn off the ability for unsuspecting
? new visitors to sign up for a program that no longer exists.
