Are you going to continue to "guarantee you will improve " ? a bit risky perhaps.
Has anyone improved their rating ? I keep thinking that my understanding of chess is improving all the time, but somehow my results don't show this. Maybe eveyone else is improving as well.

I think the only guarantee one could make would be that your chess ability will NOT diminish.

A good question! Personally I don't see how someone can fail to improve even if he only does all the tactics, but who knows?!
