To anyone at Chess Publishing or Improve Your Chess.com: I was looking forward to using your site, but I've never, ever been able to log on. Not even once. Approximately five (5) email requests for assistance have gone unanswered. The one time that a response was recived, you reconfirmed my log in name and password -- the identical log in name and password that has been completely ineffective. Suggested solution: Please email a log in name and password that will actually be effective, and reset my membership to begin 4/1/2006.

I don't work for them, but just as an FYI they are currently going through a change of ownership and that is probably impacting the level of support.

Well, I have only seen one email (sent a couple of weeks ago) and I answered it immediately I received it (last Monday), pointing out that the login name you quoted was actually slightly wrong!
I have tried the right details on two different machines and it worked on both, so I can't believe there is anything wrong with it!

Incidentally, the thing that annoyed me most was having to login each time I came to the site, so I have had a box added so that the site can 'remember' you - I will never have to login again!
It might be necessary to have cookies enabled for the site, though.

The new feature definitely works. I checked that box the first time I saw it and haven't had to log in since.
