downloading chessbase light (Openings)

? I downloaded the latest "your move".
? What program do I open that with? Chessbase isn't on the menu of
? programs. Should it be? Am I making sense?

The Your Move files should be in CBV form (archived ChessBase), so you can just open Chessbase, and then click 'Open' from the 'File' menu, then find the Your Move file. Normally CBV should be associated with ChessBase, but it is possible that another program 'got their first'.
