No, once should be fine. However, if you're really keen, and you have the time, you can do several sections a week.

? Also I get scored at the end of the section thus: "So far you have
? completed X puzzles..." This score has no meaning for me. Is my score kept

Yes, we keep your scores in our database so we can keep an eye on you if necessary (!), but really the score is to give you an idea of whether you are improving or not.
