To anyone at Chess Publishing or Improve Your Chess.com: I was looking forward to using your site, but I've never, ever been able to log on. Not even once. Approximately five (5) email requests for assistance have gone unanswered. The one time that a response was recived, you reconfirmed my log in name and password -- the identical log in name and password that has been completely ineffective. Suggested solution: Please email a log in name and password that will actually be effective, and reset my membership to begin 4/1/2006.
