You are smiling - :) -, I am not. I did a as you suggested and Sharon gave an inadequate reply. Their money back offer is none existant.

I would like to do the program but simply put, what is the program? Since the program is only for one year I would like to know what has to be accomplished each month.

What happens if the connection is broken or I must log off during and exercise?

I am beginning to think used car dealers are operating the site. Lots of promises but poor performance.

I understand the difficulty of start-ups but as a minimum we deserve some communications.

Sharon says they only review the Forum once a week. Think of it: You join, ask a question and have to wait a week of a reply. Totally unacceptable since there are few knowledgeable users to chip in and help with the questions.
